"I don't know where all the cameras are, I've seen them in the Garage though, and on some of the rafters in the Bar proper." Beauford says conversationally. "But those cameras were installed long before the murders. Apparently there was a nasty portal breach in the main bar area, and not long after that, two giant robots had themselves a big goddamn deathmatch in the Garage."

If he looks like he kind of wishes he could have SEEN that deathmatch...but really, this is the edited version. He's telling it like someone who's lived and witnessed Bar weirdness for years.
